During 1-81, 194th Armored Brigade's field training exercise training (FTX) earlier this month, squads advanced their lanes to locate five objectives within a three-hour time.

5th Special Forces Group - Airborne Green Berets trained with members of the Saudi Arabian special operations forces at Fort Campbell, Ky. The Pioneer Challenge, which Combat Engineers assigned to 2d Cavalry Regiment tackled at 7th Army Training Command's Grafenwoehr Training Area in Germany, is a testament to that.
Sappers, also known as an elite combat engineer or pioneer - is a combatant skilled in a variety of military engineering duties such as minefield placement or clearing, bridge-building, demolitions, field defenses, and road and airfield construction. Sappers are responsible for tasks facilitating movement of allied forces and impeding those of their enemies.

Swift Response is an annual exercise, which takes place in Eastern Europe, the Arctic High North, Baltics and Balkans.

So, U.S. Army assigned to 1st Cavalry Division recently joined forces with Polish soldiers assigned to the 5th Mazovian Brigade of Territorial Defense to become and create deterrence preventing any aggression against NATO.
