FB Live : Slo-Mo or the Slow Motion workout session:
This type of strength training helps build muscle mass effectively than the traditional training method, reason being the slow-motion forces your muscles to hold the weight (Body weight or any resistance) longer. The intent of this super slow movement is to fatigue your muscles until they fail, thus stimulating muscle growth.
Also being slow, you’re able to put more focus on your form and control and you will experience this when you do these exercises along with us this Sunday. We will be doing 15 different SLO-MO sequences, stay tuned.
