For me, exercise is more than just physical — it’s therapeutic. Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body. I’m blessed to have this body and I’m really going to invest in it like never before! Hoping everyone’s New Year is off to a fit start!!
