Recently Masha Imani was brutally murder by Iran police for not wearing her hijab properly.
While masculine on the outside is barbaric, insensitive and unsafe, how does it affect our relationship with our inner masculine.
Our inner masculine helps us take action in the world. It carries out our feminine inspiration and desires, and manifests them into the world.
It also represents our confidence, power and success energies.
If our feminine doesn’t feel safe and doesn’t have permission from our masculine. It will be afraid to create sustainable success in the world.

Reading this book about C-PTSD at the recommendation of my therapist written by Stephanie Foo]
I highly recommend it to anyone who has survived childhood trauma.
I am trying to make sense of my trauma having struggled with C-PTSD all my life. Still healing from it.
This book is so helpful.

My children helped me with this snap chat filter and I love it.
Just when I am getting my fire energy.
My roar. Burning down the anger so I can fight injustice in the world.
Not from my own rage, but feeling it all the way so I can get to the truth.
Truth by remembering who I am at the core.
My spirit. My true self underneath all the stories and hurt.

Patriarchy rewards the good girl energy. If you are being a people-pleaser, you are not in your feminine energy.
Expressing your voice, fighting and taking a stand for everything that affects us as women including the abortion laws, is a powerful feminine.
The door way to being an authentic feminine is through your masculine energy.
It isn’t safe to be a feminine woman until women can take a stand for themselves. And yet, it is important to balance our energy for our happiness because we don’t want to be on guard forever.
If I didn’t get a job and become independent my physically abusive ex-husband, would have probably killed me.
If I also didn’t deal with my super independent self(trauma response developed during survival) I would have not allowed other people to be there for me.
When we have experienced trauma, it makes sense to become stronger than our abuser, fight our abuser and never be in a vulnerable situation again. However, there is a cost to losing our vulnerable side and our inability to let other people be there for us.
Re-thinking what it means to be a feminine woman for me was important to creating a deep rich life.

One of the reasons so many coaches feel overwhelmed in creating success in business is because their nervous system is overloaded with too much information.
Everyone is selling their thing. And everything they are selling works. But it may not work for everyone if they don’t know what stage of business they are in.
At every stage in your business, you need to take different steps to succeed.
If you are at the beginning stage of your business, you would take different actions than when you are at an advanced stage in your business.
Knowing the stage of business you are in and taking the right actions based on that stage is what works.
I remember somebody came to me who had learnt how to sell from stage and they wanted to do their own events.
What they were told is to do an intro workshop and then from the low priced intro workshop sell their high end event.
The problem was that they rented the hotel room, but couldn’t even fill the intro workshop despite posting on social media and doing everything they could.
They simply didn’t have enough network to do this yet.
I suggested they teach at other people’s stages where people are already gathered.
That worked well for them.
There is always a strategy and tweak made to everything to simplify without getting overwhelmed.
Remember, anything that feels too hard and isn’t producing results with ease, isn’t the right thing for you to do yet.
My rant today.
The reason women in particular sign up for wrong things is because we are always told to trust outer authority over our own inner wisdom.
That leaves us vulnerable to marketing tactics. We are looking for a shiny object. Whereas, if we slowed down and listened to our intuition, we always know what is the right step for us to take.
