All of our poultry is raised on our property with no antibiotics.

They are also “Air Chilled” after processing which cost more at your local grocery store. Next time you are at the grocery store take a look at the packs that say “air chilled”. They will be more expensive. The “air chilled” process means you are paying for the meat. Not paying for “water retention”. So if you purchase 5 lbs of chicken, you are getting 5 lbs of meat. Not 4.5lbs if meat and 1/2 lbs of water.

Welcome to McGriskin's Li'l Farmer Market! My husband Chris and I like to know what our family is eating so we grow a big garden, raise our own chickens, turkeys, and beef, and have our own laying hens for eggs. We know not everyone has the space or ability to do this for their own families so we decided to offer our homegrown items for purchase. We believe our food has more flavor and is healthier than some store-bought items.
We will be offering fresh items for purchase as they become available, so please check back often to see what's new. They will all be sold on a first-come, first-serve bases.
