1οΈβ£ Eat whole fruits for breakfast: Starting your day with plenty of whole fruits can provide you with a natural energy boost. Fruits are rich in natural sugars, vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which can help regulate blood sugar levels and keep you feeling energized throughout the day.
2οΈβ£ Lower your fat intake: Consuming excessive amounts of fat can make you feel sluggish and tired. Eliminate your intake of high-fat foods, such as fried foods and fatty meats. Instead, opting for healthier sources of fat, like avocados, nuts, and seeds, in healthy amounts, will provide essential nutrients without weighing you down.
3οΈβ£ Eliminate hard-to-digest meals with protein and carbohydrate combinations: Combining protein and carbohydrates in a single meal can lead to poor digestion and a decrease in energy levels. π Is the essential and non-essential nutrients concept confusing?
π§ββοΈ Let me tell you more about it so you know some of the most important nutrients to bring into your body in high quantities and which not so you can protect your health, your figure, and your hormones.
π¦ Essential nutrients cannot be synthesized by the human body, at least not in sufficient amounts for normal functioning, so these nutrients must be obtained from food.
π« Nonessential nutrients, in contrast, can be synthesized in the body in sufficient quantities for normal functioning, although in a regular diet, they are generally obtained from food as well, even if we don't need to. They do, however, have a considerable impact on the human body. That would be to say; substances can be useful to the body while being dangerous if consumed in large quantities.
π For example, fiber and water are essential nutrients so we need to provide these nutrients to the body from the food we eat or the liquids we drink to be sure all extra fat, harmful hormones, waste and toxic substances that could make our body put on weight, spike blood glucose, unbalance hormones and harm our system are properly eliminated.
π On the other hand a very controversial non-essential nutrient is Cholesterol. Cholesterol is of great importance for the bodyβs functions, is produced by the body (primarily by the liver), and is also consumed from food, referred to as βdietary cholesterol.β
The human body makes all the cholesterol that it needs, so it is not necessary to get cholesterol from food. More than that if you want to stay lean, produce healthy hormones, and protect your heart stay away of dietary cholesterol!

Tips to reset your hormones naturally.
Balancing your hormones shouldnβt seem hard but it is for sure the only way you can live a healthy, happy, and full life.
The endocrine glands are small structures that meet probably the most important functions in the body: the activity coordination of all cells, organs, and tissues.
There is no question we need to take good care of the health of our endocrine glands and the balance of our hormones.
1. Setting boundaries - when you lack precious energy for sure you donβt want to waste the little energy that you have on the things that are unnecessary, unimportant, or not your responsibility to do. Set healthy boundaries but donβt forget to be caring, compassionate, and gentle with the ones around you when you decide to say NO.
2. Connecting with Nature - we are meant to live in nature as human beings, we take our energy from nature, and our nervous system must be connected to nature to stay in balance, nature contributes to our physical well-being, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
3. Getting enough rest - Many studies have shown an increase in cortisol levels during the nighttime period of total sleep deprivation. When your cortisol levels are high many hormones in the body start to be out of balance. High cortisol levels can suppress normal levels.
4. Hydrate properly - our body needs for sure water to hydrate but the most hydrating water is the pure and living water in fruits and vegetables.
5. Eat plenty of fruits - fruits help our body nourish, clean and regenerate so if you want to help your body to send precious energy and nutrients to our cells and organs but maintain it clean at the same time eat a minimum of 1 meal/ day of only fruits.
6. Eat greens and vegetables - fresh and RAW vegetables have the most benefits for our health and hormones.
7. Staying active - for our hormones to flow we need our lymph to flow, so moving your muscles is essential.
8. Practicing self-reflection - check daily with your emotions, clear your mind, and stay in close touch with your body.

Sugar cravings are one of the most common impediments to healthy eating for hormonal balance and weight loss.

πhow sugar is processed in our bodies,
π°why fat is the main problem, not sugar,
πand why sugar cravings are so normal for our bodies.
Our bodies are made of a bunch of cells, 2 fluids, and the space between the cells.
Each cell in our body is like a self-sustaining city, but it requires two outside factors.
First, it needs an energy source.
Secondly, they must be able to eliminate the byproducts of these burned fuels.
Today I am going to focus on the need for energy.
Carbohydrates refer to a group of chemical substances made up of carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen (carbon and water).
Sugar is a carbohydrate belonging to the saccharide family.
πβΉοΈββοΈππ΄ Sugar craving is our body's main tool to survive.
