First of all, you'll need to lose weight to have a flat stomach since you'll need to burn fat around your abdomen. However, causes other than fat, such as gas or water retention, can make your stomach appear larger.
Making dietary changes and varying your workout program can help you tone up your tummy in any case.

Some essential advice to obtain a flat belly, to follow of course according to your rhythm.

1. Perform basic exercises

Exercises that focus on your core and strengthen your muscles can help you gain a flat and fired abdomen without losing many pounds. These include basic training and endurance training. Some of the simplest core strengthening exercises include:

Basic board (single):

Climb all the floors to the position on the table face down. Make sure you have your hands under your shoulders. Start raising your knees slowly until you can support your weight with your toes and hands.

Keep your body in a straight line from head to toe.

Keep the core tight (pull to the spine) and the back straight.

Descent on the shelf:

Move to the elbow plate position.

Lift your right arm, go through the left, and go to the base position on the board. Return to the starting position from here (elbow board).

Do it as much as you can.

Make sure you have a firm core and a straight back.

Bicycle handles:

Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet on the floor and spread your hips in width.

Put your hands behind your head and bend your elbows at the sides. Raise your right knee, then bend and raise your left knee.

Lift your upper body and connect your right elbow and left knee.

Do the same on the other side.

Keep moving to the side and do the exercise as fast as you can.

Make 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

2. Try resistance training

Resistance exercises can help your body burn belly fat at rest. You can try resistance rubbers, free weights or even use your body weight. Exercises that use your body weight include push-ups, squats and lunges.

3. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle

Sitting in one place for a long time can impair the body's ability to break down fat. If you work in an office, get up and move every 45-60 minutes. Try to stay physically active during the day.

4. Be careful what you eat
Focus on a diet that contains poorer protein, fruits and vegetables. Along with exercise, these foods can help reduce fat accumulation in the waist.

5. Limit salt intake

To reduce water retention, reduce the amount of salt in your diet. Season with other vegetables and herbs.

6. Mix your workouts

In addition to basic exercise and strength training, you may need to do cardio, even if it leads to overall weight loss.

7. Stay away from sugar

Avoid excessive sugar by reducing or omitting drinks such as sweet lemonades, juices, and sports drinks. Prepare sweet dishes such as pastries and donuts.

Drinking plenty of water between 8 to 10 glasses can help you lose weight, also drink healthy beverages like green tea and fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Avoid alcohol and manage your stress by using relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga. Thanks
