The Science of Tannins in Wine | SevenFifty Daily Wine professionals discuss how tannin management in the vineyard and cellar influences the expression of tannins in wine
Hey folks!
It’s been a while since my last post; it’s been a busy few months....
To start, I graduated with my Master’s back in May (Whoop!). Secondly, I have officially moved to Fredericksburg, Texas!
I’ve landed a job with a winery here in Fredericksburg and I will be assisting in their winemaking program.
I plan to start a new batch of wine later this summer. It’ll continue to be small lots of wine until I can buy some land, or possibly rent tank space somewhere.
Thanks everyone for staying tuned. You’re getting a first-hand look at a winery in the making.
Essary Cellars.
(PS when I plant a vineyard I’m changing the name to “Essary Vineyards”)
Merry Christmas to all!!
Essary Cellars is completely out of wine! So tough to make, yet so easy to drink.
I’m afraid that I won’t have any more wine for some time to come. Therefore, I will be using this time to apply for legal permits and focus on graduating.
The next step in this journey will be to purchase land and plant a vineyard. You can’t run out of wine if you never run out of grapes!!
Thank you everyone.
Truly,
Essary Cellars
A big happy THANK YOU to all of you who have tasted and tried my wines!
Honest feedback is always appreciated.
I hope to do this for many years to come.
