Too many times we've seen sales walk out the door based on service. Take for example when you go shopping, no one wants to be followed around the shop while they try to buy the latest fashion, yet we see it consistently when going to shops. It limits us from actually purchasing if the owner already assumes we are going to steal. Instead, why not just install surveillance monitors and have someone monitor accordingly. That is part of Client Service. Yes, its a risk they are trying to avoid, but in the meantime, they are also making it really hard to spend your money on them knowing you are automatically classed as a thief going into their shop.

Great customer service can make or break a business, no matter how big or small your business is. It's the difference that encourages people to come back to your store and shop or just defer to another place.

Sometimes you just dont have the time to post anything- You just dont have the creativity to get things done. Sometimes you just dont want to do it yourself.

However, not everyone can afford a Social Media Manager to get things done- and seeing that you need at least 2 posts a day or more to keep your audience engaged, it only makes sense to make sure its done without too much hassle.

Just like people have the option to do their hair at home(doing the posts yourself), others choose to do their hair in the salon(using this service or hire a Social Media Manager). Its all about having options.

Its okay to not want this service, cos "everyone is out to rip you off". However, if you want to focus on your main objectives in your business instead of also doing Social Media management, then comment with below!
