Spring activities make it hard to cook supper. Here’s an easy French dip! Stallard Family Farms roast in the crockpot with dry onion soup and beef broth. Cook on low 8 hours. Put it on a hoagie roll with provolone cheese. Dip it in the juice from crockpot. We love this with fries or tater tots!

Processed and delivered or picked up in Danville.
Quarter - $625 - $100 deposit
Half - $1200 - $200 deposit
Whole - $2300 - $400 deposit
Deposits are non-refundable and will be used toward the total.

Hamburger comes in rolls or you can choose some patties which are vacuum sealed. Rest of the meat comes vacuume packaged with two steaks per pack, thickness & roast size of your choice. There’s approximately 400 lbs of meat in a whole, 200 in half & 100 in quarter generally 30% roasts, 30% steaks & 40% ground beef.

Lane had his first lesson in raking hay today.

We attended our first district swine show today in Scott County. There was lots of competition! Zay got in some good practice with his Spot and Hampshire. Lane placed 3rd in his age group for Showmanship. He also placed 4th with each of the 3 barrows. We are now qualified to go to the State Fair!

Successful night for the boys last night at the Boyle County Swine show. Zay did an awesome job in Novice showmanship (8-way tie for first 😊) and showing with his Spot barrow. Lane received Grand Champion in the breeding class with his Yorkshire gilt. He also won Reserve Grand Champion Market Hog with his Spot and Hampshire. We’re so proud of the hard work and dedication the boys are putting into their projects!
