Happy Thanksgiving everyone 🇨🇦. Today is Apple picking day for this family, hopefully the weather will be agreeable 🤞. Even though 2020 has been a trying year for most, I have lots to be thankful for.

I’m most thankful for my health 💪. Eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables 🌱 and working out is a blessing I don’t take for granted 💪

Tarot Tuesday ❤️

Stretching the body plays a big role in preventing injuries from physical stress during a workout. It also plays a huge role in releasing tension from sitting at a desk all day. Even for kids that are sitting in front of a screen doing online school.

We are experiencing more emotional stress than ever and stretching our minds is a necessity also. Stretching ourselves in new ways, reinventing ourselves to adapt to new norms.

Cauliflower Tikka Masala on the menu tonight 😋

I often talk about setting oneself up for success, it’s not always an easy task! What does that have to do with Tikka Masala??? I’ve been Looking at my daytimer lately and blocking time off to manage all I want to accomplish. It’s amazing how well it can work in your favour 😊, who knew 🙄😆!

So back to dinner.....I’m scheduling dinner prep, I’m making it an appointment. I function better with nourishing foods so I make it a priority, not a last minute rush. Which doesn’t happen all the time, but lately more than I want.

Tonight I want to engage with some like minded woman for a business call 💪. We happen to be in different time zones, so it’s not always during regular business hours. So prioritizing nourishment is an act of self care and benefits my family as well as clients when I show up as the best version of myself ❤️
