In consideration of the timeline for the restoration of services disrupted by typhoon Odette, here is the latest advisory in relation to the resumption of classes in January 2022.

This supercedes previously issued advisory that is contratry to what is indicated in the new memorandum.

Those were the days working in the University of Iloilo PHINMA, as the Dean of the College of Management and Accountancy and Executive Director of the UI PHINMA Center for Enterprise Development. This was taken during the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Economic and Financial Learning Center (EFLC) launching in BSP, Iloilo City, with BSP Deputy Governor Diwa Guinigundo.
