So I have this project I've been working on between other projects. It has been daunting as weird little things have occurred that have slowed me down. Right now I'm waiting on more t-nuts and m6 cap head screws. So while I'm waiting on that, I'll focus on the wiring.

So I have finally got around to sharing some of my designs on printables
Working on a camera mount for a Lack Enclosure using a budget web camera that I bought from Ebay. This is version 5. I just printed it out and I like the results. I'll post a video tomorrow.
So I'm going to be remixing the step files for the Ikea Lack enclosure. There will be two versions when I'm done. The first change will be for the magnets. I am going to change the dimensions to a more commonly found magnet that is much cheaper here in the states, and quite possibly elsewhere.
The second change I am going to make is for the acrylic window thickness. I will have two versions, a 1/8" (3mm) and 1/4" (6mm). I may add a few more things to the mix. I'll keep everyone posted.

So a friend of mine wanted a DeGoogled cell phone. So he sent me a Google Pixel 4XL to "make right". For the first time I was able to create video of the process I've been using for years. Jeremy Karcher thanks for allowing me the use of your phone to create video to help others

So I've tried a few of these wire supports for the heated bed. The blue support was the last version I tried and it didn't work to well in my IKEA enclosure. It created an awkward bend in the cable and seemed to be exacerbated when the bed heated and the material got soft and tge cable collided with my acrylic panel.
I'm going to try this new design I found on printables that seems to have a more natural curve to it.
Here is my method using nylon washers and lock nuts to resolve bed level issues with my Sovol SV06. I used the stock screws that came with the SV06 for this. All I purchased were the washers and nuts. Happy Printing!

In this video I walk through the process of building an Ikea Lack Stack enclosure for my Sovol SV06. Happy Printing!
Here is the enclosure I made from several Ikea Lack tables. This build was filmed over several weeks in my free time. I've made a couple modifications to several of the original parts for increased rigidity. All the links to all the parts are here in the description. I did mix and match some of the Raspberry Pi case designs to achieve the desired outcome that I wanted.

The Lack Stack is now complete
I tested several options on bearings for the Sovol I ended up loving the print quality, and quieter printing from the Drylin RJ4JP
Look at that print quality! This is with all new bearings, while using Klipper!
In this video I document my journey installing and calibrating Klipper on my Sovol SV06. Happy Printing!
If you want to install Klipper on your 3D printer, you would need to download the software and follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Klipper is a firmware that runs on a microcontroller board and allows for advanced features and highly precise printing. Typically, you would need to flash the firmware onto the board using a computer connected to the printer through a USB cable. Once the firmware is installed, you can configure the settings and use Klipper with your favorite slicer software to create high-quality 3D prints. It is important to note that installing new firmware can be risky and may void your printer's warranty, so make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully and PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
