Bobby’s an absolutely brilliant musician and is one of the hardest workers in this scene (or any scene), so it’s an honor to share a billing like this with him. Have long looked up to him and now we’ll be rocking it together on NYE. Horse Palace is right across the street from the Plaza, so come warm up with us while you’re waiting for the Ball Drop! We’ll bring the 🔥!!

Hi all! Last-minute change of plans! You should still head out to Blue Raven Brewery if you were already planning on it (or even if you weren't!) because they've got an awesome performer who has traveled from out of state for tonight; I just won't be performing at this one. However, I will return to the Raven on Thursday, January 11 and Friday, February 2. So, Blue Raven Flock, I will rock with you in 2024! I do have one more special performance left in 2023 on New Year's Eve with the legendary Bobby Phillipps - more to come on that soon. 🙏🙏🙏

It’s been six months since I’ve last rocked with the amazing people at Blue Raven Brewery - and that all changes tomorrow night! I’m back and ready to throw it down at this one-of-a-kind gem of an intimate setting for live music (and great beer!). This is one of two dates I’m fortunate to play at the Raven in December and I’m planning on switching the setlist up quite a bit. As a small independent venue we are a rarity anymore. As with most industries, big corporations have taken over, in many cases literally taking over indie venues. We were crazy enough to open this place not only during the craziest time, but in a small town off the radar of most touring artists. We are so grateful for every person that has bought a ticket to a show, every person that has chosen to spend their free time working here with us, and every artist that has taken a chance on our little town. Keep showing up and together we’ll put Cheyenne on the map! Who would you like us to bring here in 2024?

A huge shoutout to Jason Lenyer Buchanan on his upcoming album (release due next week). I've only heard three songs off this project ("Crooked Rivers," "I'm Still Your Son," "Willie Nelson Song") but they are some of the strongest and most compelling songwriting I've heard come out of Cheyenne. Masterful stuff. Absolute gem of an artist here and can't wait for the rest of this to drop! 🙏

I’m ready to howlllllllll at the Bark and Wine gala for Black Dog Animal Rescue this Saturday! As many of you know, I rescued my dog, Cricket, from Black Dog. It’s such a wonderful organization and being asked to perform this event is one of the great honors I’ve had as a musician. Spent last weekend finding all kinds of inspiration at the brilliant Oceans Calling Festival and I’m ready to bring it on a whole different level on Saturday. Event is sold out but I’ll hope to see you out there if you’ve got tix!

It is Downtown Oktoberfest today in Cheyenne, which will almost be as fun as ROCKTOBERFEST was!! And if you're feeling lucky, walk over from the Depot to Horse Palace and I will be cranking out the jams from 8-11 p.m. Lots of TVs around if you're trying to catch your college football fix. A very happy birthday to my extremely talented friend, the effervescent Joshua Gonzales of the Josh Gonzales Band! We've been playing music together for years now and Josh has been a big inspiration and supporter in everything over the past 15 years. Guess it might be time to brush up on my Baha Men cover because I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be performing Black Dog Animal Rescue’s Bark and Wine annual fundraiser on Saturday, October 7!! This performance truly means the world to me, as BDAR is responsible for bringing me one of the absolute greatest blessings of my life (my dog, Cricket!). Big shout to the Edge Fest crew and my dude Dave Teubner. It’s truly remarkable to have watched an independent music festival explode and become a part of a city’s cultural fabric in a short span. This is totally unprecedented stuff for Cheyenne and it didn’t happen by mistake - a lot of intention and hard work led us here! It’s a big weekend for music in Chey and time to give a shout to some deserving locals who are popping off. I’ve been riding with Josh Gonzales Band since the beginnings over a decade ago and they write another chapter of history tonight at Big Mountain with Josh Gonzales Band on Fridays on the Plaza. Tomorrow, Trey Wrks goes levels up performing with Soulja Boy at The Lincoln. Love watching these guys elevate and do their thing - best of luck, fellas, and to everyone else performing this weekend! Me? I’ll be helping with Cheyenne Arts Celebration 2023 in Lions Park and I miiight even hop on stage with Nashville’s brilliant Olivia Frances during her set! 😎👀💯

Wednesday is WyoGives Day, which is our State’s great annual philanthropy push. There are many organizations I’m planning to support this year (this particular day is great for making donations because many of them are being matched by partner organizations, so your donation goes twice as far). One of those is Meals On Wheels of Cheyenne. I get to join my guys Johnny Velvick Music and Bobby Phillipps on stage at BlackTooth in Cheyenne (not to mention, some killer standup comedians later in the night). I hit the stage from 6-7 p.m. (Johnny is right before me and Bobby follows), so come hang out for a very good cause!

The MORRIS AT THE PALACE will be a more timid affair involving summery 90s covers and bad stage banter, and it takes place this Saturday night!
