My weekly vlog! So this week was all about getting prepared for the virtual comrades.

Brrr it is cold outside so I have the perfect "warm up" routine for you. I am hoping to hear all about everyone's virtual Comrades on Sunday. This is just a short warm up you can do before you go out for your once in a lifetime run but also a great warm up before any exercise.
