Recipe: Beef Ribs, Steamed squash and Beefy greasy rice. 🎉🎉Enjoy! Try at home and leave me a review please I love honest feed back and criticism!! 🤞🏽😁
😋Ingredients needed:
Beef ribs of choice: short beef ribs my personal fav with less fat as possible
1 squash cut into circles per person
1/2 cup butter beans per person
Salted cream butter
Salt
Pepper
Adobo “red cap”
Lipton beef onion soup mix
Lipton garlic and herb soup mix
Honey
Sticky fingers sweet Carolina bbq sauce
Onion powder
Beef stock *less sodium
Chicken stock *less sodium
Light olive oil
Long grain or Jasmine rice
Evaporated milk
Now let’s begin….🗣🎉🤞🏽
1. Season beef ribs with: 1 tablespoon Lipton garlic and herb and 1 tablespoon Lipton beefy onion, 1/2 teaspoon adobo “red cap”, 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 cup bbq sauce.
2. Marinate beef ribs for at least 30 mins.
3. Start your butter beans. Melt 2 tables spoons of salted cream butter. Add beans. Cover beans in chicken broth; about a 1/2 inch over with broth. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder and 1/2 teaspoon of light olive oil. *add smoked turkey tail or pork of choice for additional flavor. If so cut the salt measurement down to 1/2 tea spoon to reduce high salt taste and intake.* Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to 2 or medium-low heat.
4. Okayyy! So two down! And We have Two more to go! 🗣✊🏽you got this!! Stay confident🤩 Let’s start your Greasy Rice! 1 cup of rice per two ppl is my choice. So for instance 3 cups of rice 4 1/2 cups of broth. *Usually water if not making it greasy. * Add your broth to your rice pot. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon beefy onion soup mix. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add rice. Stir all well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to 1 or 2. Low boil. Keep lid on rice do not stir while cooking. Once all the water has resided and the rice is throughly cooked then you may stir it with a fork and put the lid back on to sit on very low or off.
5. Put your ribs in air fryer. 400 for 40 mins. Or 20 mins twice. Or you may use the Oven on 375 for 1 hr and 15 mins. Cover it for a hour with foil the last 15 mins uncover.
6. Squash time. While the ribs cook prep to make squash. The last 15mins waiting for ribs you can whip up your steamed squash! Cut squash into thin circles. Melt 1 table spoons of butter. Start on low. Add cut squash to the pan. 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of Adobo “red cap”. Simmer with rid until squash is tender and are able mash it. Once it’s mashed add 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Reduce heat to low.
