Attention Little Lady Bulldog Sports Camp:

The volleyball camp scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, has been canceled due to inclement weather. It has been rescheduled for Monday, June 3, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. in the elementary gym. Thank you for your understanding.

The basketball camp is still scheduled for today, May 28, 2024, from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Come join the festivities to celebrate Quitman Bulldog Baseball Seniors tonight at the Quitman High School baseball field. After the senior ceremony, there will be a softball game featuring senior baseball and softball players against their parents. Hot dogs will be served.

Today, three young gentlemen celebrated their official college signing day.

Carlos Flores has signed to compete for the University of Texas at San Antonio in powerlifting. Carlos intends to major in psychology and pursue a career as a forensic psychiatrist.

Dakota Jimenez has signed to compete for the University of Texas at Tyler in cross country and track. He intends to major in kinesiology. Dakota will be joining his brother Brandon in the track program, who is also an alumnus of Quitman ISD from the Class of 2022.

Christian Plata has signed to compete for Jacksonville College in cross country and track. Christian aims to earn a nursing degree.

Your dedication and hard work have paid off, propelling you to the next step. Congratulations on all your accomplishments, and we eagerly anticipate hearing about your future successes!

Beginning tomorrow, May 16, 2024, and continuing until June 15th (subject to change), the track will be closed for maintenance, repairs, and painting. During this period, access to the track will be prohibited. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while these necessary improvements are underway.
