Good morning lovelies... It’s normal to lose the momentum and drive you started with, but that doesn’t mean you need to reduce the goal. Breaks are allowed if that is the best way to keep yourself going on whatever journey you’re on.

During my coaching sessions(which I hardly post about😅), I realized that when we embark on a journey either for weightloss, health, education or any area of our lives we sometimes get to a point where we feel we need to reduce the goal we started with. This could be because things are going slow than we expected, or all the methods we are trying are not bringing us the results we want. This is for someone who feels like I can manage 90kg even though my initial goal was 80kg... or I can do with a C even though I want an A on an exam. All we need to do is push and increase the effort no matter how long it takes to get to the goal. Yes you’ll want to give up but let the life you wish for yourself keep you motivated to continue smashing your goals💪🏽🤛🏾🤩💞
