H-E-B expanding to two more DFW cities The Texas grocer says it's planning to break ground on a Prosper store and open a Tarrant County store in April.

DALLAS NORTH TOLLWAY TO CLOSE IN TWO AREAS THIS WEEKEND

The continued repairs to the Northaven Rd. bridge will close southbound Dallas North Tollway (DNT) between I-635 and Royal Ln. late Friday into early Monday morning. The DNT will also be closed in both directions between Belt Line Rd. and Keller Springs Rd. in Addison overnight Saturday into Sunday for construction of the DART Silver Line regional rail project. Details of the two closures are below.

Friday, March 22 at 10 p.m. through Monday, March 25 at 5 a.m.
• All lanes of southbound DNT from I-635 to Royal Ln.
• East- and westbound I-635 to southbound DNT direct-connector ramps
• Southbound Harvest Hill Rd., Inwood Rd., and Forest Ln. entrance ramps
• Southbound Royal Ln. exit ramp
• Northbound left lane of DNT from Royal Ln. to Forest Ln.

March 23-24 (10 p.m. to 5 a.m.) for DART Silver Line Construction
• All lanes of southbound Dallas North Tollway (DNT) from the Keller Springs Rd./Arapaho Rd. exit ramp to the entrance ramp from Belt Line Rd.
• All lanes of northbound DNT from the Belt Line Rd./Arapaho Rd. exit ramp to the entrance ramp from Keller Springs Rd.

Continuous through mid-April
• All lanes of east- and westbound Northaven Rd. over the DNT

Message boards will be placed nearby to alert drivers of the closure.

All closures are subject to weather conditions and will be postponed, if necessary. Please use caution in the construction area.

So last week I posted about an offer we had submitted for my sweet clients. Sadly we lost out on that one but we all knew that God was watching out for them and He already had the perfect place waiting. Well... looks like we found it! AND its WAY more comfortable in the budget!

When my client asked to go see it I realize its listed by one of my amazing friends AND she was having an open house the day we wanted to go so we stopped by and the rest is history. Submitted our offer last night and it was accepted this morning! It was barely on the market for 2 days and the price was perfect so I knew we needed to jump on it!

Super excited for my buyers and also jazzed to be getting to work with another amazing agent on the other side. I don't know how much people realize that your Realtor can make or break you getting "that" house. Relationships are SO KEY to this business and by building GREAT relationships with other agents we can help get things done quickly and with happy hearts. Like in this case, this listing agent had reached out to me asking about a little thing I had made for one of my listings and wanted to know if I would be willing to share it. I not only shared the document, I shared it in the editable version so all she had to do was put her name and info on it! I wanted to save her as much time hassle as possible! Without even a second thought! Then literally 24 hours later we are working on a deal together! Being kind and helpful to other agents is a win win. Maybe not in that moment but it will always come back around. And I am happy to say in this case it easily became a VERY HAPPY moment. For ALL of us!

Ok, well, here we go into inspections and all the fun things to get this baby ready for its new owner! Happy day!!
