All found at Wal-Mart the sauce is on the pricier side so I only use it maybe once a week or once every other week. The selzters are amazing they taste so good also Water street Kitchen downtown has amazing spiked seltzer to so check them out as well. Full Transparency is what water street has an they are so good

Lunch today was sauteed cabbage and beef sausage. I have about 2 servings in the bowl Mia eats what I do lol so she seriously ate about half lol.
Over the next couple of days I will be posting all my me to find a and my stick piles and where I foubd them all so it may be easier for you to get. I will also post meals and how they were made. If there are certain sweets or different things you really enjoy and want to find a healthier way to have them I can tweak them and make the low carb/keto friendly.
