As the year ends, I want to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones happy & safe holidays, on behalf of all of us at Women in Leadership.

We have had an eventful 2022, graduating our second cohort of 120 WIL students and 8 Fellows in May and welcoming our new cohort in Fall. We invited some amazing leaders to campus to share their stories. We got our community together in an exciting Wil Forum in Spring, with inspiring speakers, insightful workshops, and thought-provoking research.

On another merry note, looking forward to 2023, we are delighted to start our next speaker series in January, launch a new mentoring program, and host our second Annual WIL Forum in March. Mark your calendars for March 17 and 18 for what is shaping up to be an exciting event where we bring together our community to discuss WIL leadership – strategies, challenges, and priorities. Happy Holidays!
