GINATAANG GULAY WITH PORK

or vegetables in coconut milk with pork has multiple vegetable ingredients being used for this kind of dish like squash, string beans and bok choy however it's up to you on what vegetables do you prefer. It is basically prepared with coconut milk to make the soup thicker and creamier. Ginataang gulay with pork is very rich in nutrients which will also help boost our immune system. This is one of my favorites to cook because it is very easy and affordable.

PINOY JOLLY SPAGHETTI

is commonly served during special occasions like birthday parties for kids and it is relatively cheap and easy to prepare, that is why it is very popular in the Philippines. It is an adaptation of Italian spaghetti with a twist. Filipino style has it's distinct sweet flavoured sauce which is usually made from tomato sauce sweetened with brown sugar or banana ketchup. Mixed with
pork or beef mince, hot dogs and topped with grated cheese.

NILAGANG BABOY | BOILED PORK STEW

Boiled Pork Stew or Nilagang Baboy in Filipino is a soup dish with soft tender boiled pork meat or braised pork bones which is prepared usually in cold weather with rice. It took me 1 hour of boiling the pork to make it soft and tender, and it tastes even better with patis (fish sauce) or soy sauce with kalamansi (also known as dwarf kumquat or calamondin) and siling labuyo (birds eye chili) however, I used soy sauce and vinegar in this vlog because I ran out fish sauce and there was no kalamansi available this time. You might like to try soy sauce and vinegar, too.

📌 the South Bank Parklands are located on the southern bank of the Brisbane River at South Bank Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

ATTRACTIONS:

📌 South Bank Grand Arbour
The Arbour consists of 443 curling steel columns covered in bougainvilleas which flower throughout the year. The arbour stretches for 1 kilometre from Vulture Street to the Cultural Forecourt and is used as a pedestrian walkway.

📌 South Bank Piazza
The South Bank Piazza (formerly Suncorp Piazza and Courier Mail Piazza) is an open-air amphitheater which is frequently used for community events.

📌 Wheel of Brisbane
The Wheel of Brisbane is a 60-metre (197 ft) tall Ferris wheel erected at the parklands in August 2008 to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of World Expo 88 and 150th Anniversary of Queensland 1859-2009. It carries 42 gondolas on a 15-minute ride with panoramic views of the South Bank Parklands, the Brisbane River, and the City.

📌 Streets Beach
A major feature within the parkland is its man-made beach, which is 2,000 square metres of free-formed concrete surrounded by 4,000 cubic metres of sand. The sand surrounding the beach is sourced from the Rous Channel in Moreton Bay and every year the beach is topped up with an additional 70 tonnes to ensure that it is kept in pristine condition. Almost half of the lagoon area sits on reclaimed land that was once the Brisbane River.
The beach area comprises a lagoon with enough water to fill five Olympic swimming pools, with sand beaches, palm trees, rocky creeks and subtropical trees and exotic plantings.
