Start Dreaming Bigger For Your Clients! They Will Thank You!

Hi creative friends! I’m in the midst of one of the largest sales deals of my career so far, and it feels amazing! The deal is made up of multiple moving parts, multiple purchasers, and over half a million dollars that will be exchanged.

💰 Making the money is fun, but the actual part I’m really fired up about is how much value this customer is getting, and so excited to see what they accomplish with these new tools and skills.

😳 Real talk - This opportunity didn’t start out with a simple inquiry for our services. I didn't wait around for this to happen for me. There was deep work on our side to understand the client’s needs, aspirations and even some fears and risks of not taking action.

You see, if we just offer a transactional creative service for our clients, we’re actually doing them a disservice (and we likely won't be too profitable 😬). As creative business owners, we are the experts of our craft and it’s up to us to hold a better reality for them, as long as they’re willing to go there.

🤝 We do this by building trust during the conversation. Trust that you’re going to hold up your side of the agreement. Trust that your solution can deliver the desired results. And trust that you’re going to be there if and when s**t hits the fan.

We also aren’t afraid to ask hard questions, tactfully challenge opinions and we most certainly don’t need to just wait until the client thinks they are ready.

You see if my mom and dad waited until I was ready to get potty trained, well I would have probably still been rocking Huggies until I was in preschool. And I would have gotten lots of side eyes and likely some hurtful comments my first day of school. However, my parents had a better vision for me - bladder autonomy haha!

This is might be a bit of an odd example, but it drives the point home that when we can hold a better vision, communicate that vision with inspiration, and we get commitment to move forward together, amazing things happen for both sides. And well, if that’s not creating more beauty, I don’t know what is!

What are some ways you could start dreaming bigger for your clients as it relates to your creative offerings? Can you see that it’s not coming from a place of greed, but rather there’s heart involved?

It’s Ready! Who Wants It?

The Playbook for Booking High-Ticket Clients for Creative Service Business Owners.

This is the same process I’ve used and developed to sell over $30M in the last eight years.

In these pages, I breakdown the old way creatives are selling. This old way is preventing them from consistently booking high-ticket clients and often leads to so much extra, unnecessary hustle.

Then, I introduce and illustrate a better way to sell your creative services. One that it is aligned and client-centric. Using this new process leads to clients that book at higher price points and are excited to get started.

Comment “Playbook” below and I’ll send you a copy.

What’s the best way to massively grow your business?

👍 Invest in yourself. Yep, it’s that simple (mostly).

Think about it – most of us here are solopreneurs or running a team of a few people which means YOU are your business' single most valuable asset. Without you (for a prolonged amount of time) your business would start caving in.

When you invest in yourself, your business starts blooming and expanding! Doors start opening up. Clients are coming in more easily. Your bank account starts growing.

By investing in yourself, you’re putting your foot down and saying, “I’m effing worth it and I believe in myself!” 💃 🕺

I’m constantly thinking (a) how I can grow and (b) how I can protect my time so I can have more time for the things I care most about.

The following are some of the ways I’ve been investing myself lately. And holy smokes! I’m seeing such a massive difference in my business.

- Investing in mentors
- Getting the right information
- Hiring a personal assistant
- Surrounding myself with positive people
- Working out at least 3 times per week
- Taking chill walks with my pup
- Hiring a meal service (because I friggin hate cooking and dishes after a long day)
- Hanging out with my partner for at least an hour a day, and planned date days (picture with my babe below)

Folks, if you know that you and your business are capable of something bigger - invest in the most valuable asset that your business possesses - YOU.

Whatever you did to get here, won't be the same way you’ll be getting to the next destination or staying where you’re at now.

Change is the only thing guaranteed in life (and we were all freshly reminded of this with the pandemic) so be ready for the next big opportunity by investing in yourself!

If you were looking for a sign, buy that peppermint mocha latte 😋 and level your skills up 🚀 ! Incredible things are waiting for you!
