Day 2 - My favourite hardware is by far antique brass. It just seems tol go with so many fabrics. This is me out of my comfort zone using Pink!

My name is Elona Namor and I am the creator and designer behind ENDesigns. I live on beautiful Vancouver Island, B.C. Canada. I am a retired RN. I have sewn my whole life. I used to teach Stretch & Sew classes many years ago. I have been creating bags for about 4 years and love everything about it. My passion is to teach, helping sewists to build their toolbox one technique at a time.

Wanting to wish everyone the best of the holiday season. I hope December holds all the joy and excitement of planning for some family time together. New pattern will be launched in January in time for some travel time.

Happy October. Working on my next pattern. Going to be a faster sew with minimal hardware. Great Xmas gift.

Welcoming all the new followers. I don't post a lot. Most of the pictures of bags made with my patterns are on the ENDesigns ShowOff Group page. You can head over there and see many beautiful creations.
There will be lots to come as the Zip 'N Go pattern was chosen to be the pattern used for the Siah Swag Swap Group which is running now. I can't wait to see more and more of the beautiful bags to come. Everyone is so creative with their fabric choices. It will be exciting. Kasiah also did another video on her youtube channel sewing the Zip 'N Go with her sister visiting with her before they left for Sew Expo. It turned out great even though there were a couple of oops moments. Even the most experienced sewers can have moments.
Working on my next pattern. It will be simpler and more beginner friendly teaching some new techniques.
Probably out in December some time. Just in time for some travel.

A very successful launch of the new pattern over the weekend. I think we will be seeing some pretty awesome Goldylocks in the future. How lucky to have the facebook glitch happen today and not yesterday!!! Thank you all for your support of my third pattern. Taking a short break and then another couple of patterns in my head.

My third pattern launched today. I am so thrilled. Goldylocks is a lovely size crossbody bag that has 3 slip pockets and 2 zipper pockets as well as a zipper top closure. Just the right size. Fits a wallet with room to spare. Lots of testers pictures over the weekend.

New pattern launching tomorrow!! YEAH. the testers have done a spectacular job of their creations. I can't wait for you to see them all over the weekend. And, as always there will be a promotion over the weekend to go with the launch. I think your going to love it. SNEAK peak for you.

Launch date for new pattern is now Oct 1 - 3, 2021. Pattern is with the testers and there should be some sneak peaks in another week or so.

Launch of the new pattern is delayed for a bit. Testers have created some amazing samples for you all to see. Will be announcing another date soon. Sneak peaks will be coming.

Stepping in to say hello and let you know that I have been "off the grid" for a while due to personal reasons but am back in full swing. I have pattern 3 written and will go to testers next week with launch around Sept. 3rd.
Very excited about this one. Using it now and loving it.
Stay tuned next week as there will be some sneak peaks in a while.

Hello everyone. Has been some time since I wrote. Have been busy. Working on my next pattern which is coming along nicely. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and the lifting of some of our restrictions. I hope everyone has a safe summer and I hope the fires in BC come under some kind of control and allow everyone back to their homes and communities safely.

Has been busy around here. New update for the Zip 'N Go pattern has been released. New ideas being formed for the next project. Hoping everyone is enjoying all the pictures that are being posted on the many sites. I will be updating some here in the future. I am not always active on here.

WHEW, what a weekend. Fantastic launch of the new pattern and now a video by Kassiah at SiahSwagBags youtube channel. Go check it out. All the testers were so creative and individual in their fabric choices and vinyl/cork.
On to working on another pattern idea. Enjoying the sunshine, blue skies and spring in BC. Love living here.
