I didn't think it was necessary to get coaching when I was working for a company. I thought most information could be found on the internet and all I had to do was look.
The problem is I didn't know what to look for, what I needed and I didn't make time to find out.

My laptop and I recently took a break and detached ourselves 'temporarily' from our work. In the past, this would never have happened - I would have continued to be 'in contact' as I thought this was the professional thing to do. I have also found that working from home requires discipline as I may have forgotten how to rest at home.
Always ready or just doing the odd bit extra – trying to get ahead. It will only take 5 minutes (of course, it never did!).

I can honestly say to take a proper holiday has been totally refreshing. I have come back to work filled with ideas that I want to share with you. Supporting you, helping you to solve your problems and just feeling excited at being back, is all down to the fact I took some time out.

They say a picture says a thousand words.
So remember, if you are presenting in English to engage your audience with pictures, graphs and diagrams to support your spoken word.

On any presentation slides, you can give some statistics but all the written part on the slides should be bullet points not complete sentences.
