Amidst the pandemic, we face difficulties in life; economic stability, health, and daily routines change in one snap. Despite the challenges, we stood firm and are moving forward to greater heights. The cryptic situation helps us reflect on the reality of the world, which is to help and comfort one another. In this sense, we aim to instill knowledge and skills to become effective leaders in this new normal.

The Supreme Student Council will be conducting leadership training for student leaders of Zamboanga State College of Marine in Sciences and Technology to broaden and deepen their knowledge and skills in campus and community leadership to equip them as effective leaders through parliamentary processes, particularly in this new normal. Leadership is a necessary component of schooling. Its significance extends to every aspect of national development that is required to instill leadership principles and skills in those who aspire to be leaders in the future. To the extent we can successfully strengthen leadership and volunteerism in this new normal modality and specification with our qualifications as being nurtured with skills, promoting determination, willingness, self-fulfillment, needs to influence people as well as society, and especially the confidence to be the voice as speakers in this existing world, With the theme, "Leadership Initiatives in the New Normal: Staying connected despite the digital gap."
