Welcome to It’s in the Details, born from my love of color, creativity, connection, and learning.

I am just consolidating pages
Just in time for St. Nicholas day, I turned one of the Hearth and Home trucks into the Little Blue Truck.
Now to make more trees so we can practice counting to five,
as in the book. (Maybe for next year.)
(It was a social media influenced idea)
Things went a little awry with the glitter. I so loves it’s sparkle, but it is now decorating my whole place. 😂🎉🎄🎅🏼🧚🏻♀️
The first picture was my first attempt. I didn’t love it. The great thing about Chalk Coutur is I washed it off, repainted the canvas, and tried again. This time I love it.
I had a vision in my head and it is coming together. I am loving the touch of gingerbread. April’s LOFT
little chalk for my outdoor arrangement.
Trying something new!
A little more progress this morning. A little touch up needed on one, but that was all the time I had so in less than 30 minutes these were done and cleaned up.
A couple of quick stencil projects to get started on the cocoa bar Christmas decor
Starting to find opportunities to do some chalking.
Wouldn’t this be cute on a pillow sitting in a chair. It is definitley time to finish settling the studio so I can start having some fun creating.
It is amazing how adding a few can make your more cozy. In August we added a pergola and more plants and trees.
I am thinking a cute rules sign may appear in the future.
Who says has to be ugly. We have been working on the outside of our home and still getting settled. I really had hoped to have more done, but these natural are important too!
BTW - I do mostly supervising. Alex,
my son, does the heavy lifting on these projects.
Making progress but still a ways to go.
I made a tiny bit of progress with what I have and can do some mending and altering as well as some chalking.
Just to catch you all up on my studio move progress. It is going slow. Maybe like a snail.🤣😂🤣
I really like how this turned out. shortening the string a bit may show off the plants more though. Now, hoping the doorbell only rings when a neighbor needs sugar or a chat.
When you build a house in a new neighborhood apparently there is a bull’s eye painted on you. My stencil arrived from Chalk Couture today and I did not waste time. Hoping to start a few other projects now that things are getting more settled.
Well things are finally settling through our move so a little chalking may be able to happen soon.
We are on the move so soon there will be a blank house to decorate.
Thank you all for the likes and following me.
I love the idea of making old things new, so this is my take on using chalk, paint and some burlap to change the look of this print and frame.
Need a Mother’s Day Gift idea. Check this one out. What mothwr wouldn’t love this.
There are a lot of restocks today. Check them out.
There is an additional catalog to check out starting tomorrow

More fun items. I am really excited about using ink and making some tea towels. I have so many ideas, but right now I must pack. Moving is just over a week away.
This kit comes with everything you need to make this cute tray. Can you imagine serving up drinks this summer?
These are the important details. When someone needs help you help in anyway you can.
If you know me you know I have been a little obsessed with bees and honeycomb. April 14th this becomes available. So many ideas so little time.
