My eldest lives on nachos - he loves the salsa from a jar. Tonight, there wasn't any left in the pantry (who used the last jar and didn't put it on the list? 🤯) so I found this recipe for salsa from Thermofun and giving it a go! Looks great, hope it passes the taste test!
