Tomorrow's Coffee
Challenges in life exist. It's how we face those challenges that makes us who we are. "Tomorrow's Coffee." or "I've been better, and I'll be better again."
Whatever gets you through to tomorrow, is "Tomorrow's Coffee"

Hey Penny Nixon ,
Look who I bumped into!
Yesterday's ride! Day 4!
Relive 'Day 4' View my ride: Day 4
Guess where I am.....
But first, coffee!
Next month/week, I am riding 1500km in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
And my challenge starts next week.
Right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year in Canada.
My 1500km challenge will be tough, but it's nothing compared to what these brave kids and their families face every day of their lives as they battle this terrible disease. I know this fight all too well as I've fought cancer seven times in the past ten years.
Kids should be living life, NOT fighting for it.
Please support my challenge to end childhood cancer and save little lives by making a donation through my fundraising page:

Childhood, bike riding, and summertime.
This is The Bug, my Granddaughter. I am riding 1500km through the mountains raising money to fight children's cancer in hopes this little angel never experience anything like what I've been fighting the lot ten years.
She's doing exactly what all children should be doing. Playing in the sunshine. Riding bikes is a bonus!

Well, after some continued challenges with blood clots in my bladder, an enlarged prostate, and having yet another weekend spent with a catheter.........
It is time to make some dreaded changes.
What drinks to avoid for your prostate problems
You should avoid drinks that increase your urination. These can dehydrate you. These include caffeine-containing drinks such as coffee, green tea, black tea and soft drinks or sodas. Alcohol can also dehydrate you. Hence, limit its intake or consider avoiding it completely. People who avoid alcohol have seen improvements in their prostate problems.
What foods to avoid for your prostate problems
Research has shown certain foods may increase the risk of prostate problems. If you are indulging in these foods, try decreasing your intake to see if it helps alleviate your urinary symptoms.
Switching to decaff is going to be a really difficult transition.
https://www.medicinenet.com/is_drinking_a_lot_of_water_good_for_your_prostate/article.htm
Is Drinking a Lot of Water Good for Your Prostate? Doctors recommend drinking six to eight glasses of water (or 1.5 to 2 liters) daily. For prostate problems, limit water intake before going to bed at night. This will keep you from waking up at night to urinate repeatedly.
Morning coffee......
What is something simple that makes you happy?
Give Life by Donating Stem Cells Once youโve registered to become a stem cell donor it may be years before a patient needs your help. If youโre found to be a potential match, Canadian Blood ...
My young inspiration Ethan, and his family would sure appreciate you considering a donation......
โI was beyond fortunate to receive my stem cell transplant from my sister, who was a perfect match,โ shares Trish G.
But Trish knows most patients do not share her luck in finding a match within their own families.
Today, more than 1,000 Canadians are waiting for their own lifesaving transplant. They are the inspiration for Trishโs campaign to recruit prospective stem cell donors and fundraise for Canadaโs Lifeline, using a new online platform.

How's your coffee?
Mine was fantastic! (even if I did forget the Baileys)
Every minute someone leaves this world behind.
We are all in โthe lineโ without knowing it.
We never know how many people are before us.
We can not move to the back of the line.
We can not step out of the line.
We can not avoid the line.
So while we wait in line -
Make moments count.
Make priorities.
Make the time.
Make your gifts known.
Make a nobody feel like a somebody.
Make your voice heard.
Make the small things big.
Make someone smile.
Make the change.
Make love.
Make up.
Make peace.
Make sure to tell your people they are loved.
Make sure to have no regrets.
Make sure you are ready.
More continued challenges ahead.
About a month ago I had a routine follow up appointment with the ENT surgeon in Edmonton. All looked good except for the pain I told him about that was coming and going under my jaw adjacent to a significant area involved in the reconstructive surgery in 2017. He has referred me for a CT Scan for that.
Today I went for my usual cystoscopy where some cell growth was witnessed, and obviously some concern caused. Many already following will know of some blood clotting issues that I've been having in my bladder that have required catheters to empty my bladder etc.
My urologist is also now referring me for a CT scan to look into bladder, prostate,
and kidnies before running a biopsy on the bladder anomaly.
I think I'll go have a coffee today, and beat the rush for which will perhaps taste a little better than todays'.
It's a windy Tuesday morning!
