I'm starting the page for the folks I have talked to about my resturanr/catering/food truck.
Current goal is a food truck/trailer, featuring some of the South's goto snacks and comfort foods.

I got the menu..... (this Truck is a pipe dream TBH but it's a goal)
Bayou Beef: slow cooked pulled beef sammich, with grilled onions and bell peppers, a pepperjack cheese on a french roll drenched in meat juice. Topped with 'Papa's sauce'
Cajun cheese steak: thinly sliced beef, onions, bell peppers, diced cherry peppers, grilled up with 'Papa' secret seasonings' and mixxed with a cheese sauce on a hoagie roll
Papa's fried chicken sammich: crispy fried chicken sammich, with pickles, and 'Papa's Sauce'
PPP, Papa's Pulled Pork: I don't think y'all ready for this one.
Boudin balls: Southerners version of ambrosia.
Nug's chicken bacon mac n cheese
Papa's cheesy fries (you'll smack ya mama for not making these for you as kid.
All fries be hand cut
Dinner is my goal, food truck is lookinh like a reality. You folks here in Pittsburgh ain't gonna know what hit you.
