The final meeting of the initiative Ramps4Champs was held in Thessaloniki, Greece, on December 11-12, 2023. The partners from Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, and North Macedonia converged for a conference, engaging in discussions about practical and theoretical tools for socialization and fostering social integration through Boccia for individuals with disabilities. 🇬🇷🇪🇺

On the International Day of People with Disabilities, our inclusive sports festival at the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski" was an absolute blast! 🏅🎉
Among the exciting activities, participants got a hands-on experience with Boccia BC3 as part of the project! 🏐♿️ Athletes with diverse abilities had an amazing time exploring this inclusive sport alongside other adapted sports like floor hockey, curling, sambo, and more! 🤩

On June 25, 2023, in Sofia, Bulgaria, Bulgarian sports development association held a dissemination event within the framework of the "Ramps4Champs" project. The event was attended by coaches, physical education teachers and sports specialists from Volleyball Club "Ahil" Sofia, as well as children and young people training at the club, who had the opportunity to get acquainted with practical and theoretical tools for socialization and social integration, through the sport of bocce for people with disabilities, to discuss the power of sport in supporting integration processes in society and how it can be used as a catalyst for a more effective and sustainable social change.

Aetoi Thessalonikis, presented the inclusive sport of at Arsakeio elementary school as part of the project. Congratulations to the staff of Aetoi Eleftheria Kastrinaki and the boccia champs Αντώνης-Δημήτρης παρισιαδης and Topouzis Georgios,

Aetoi Thessalonikis, presented the inclusive sport of at ELEPAP (Greek Society for the Protection and Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons) elementary school as part of the project.

On April 1, SSOSIB was a guest in the city of Šabac at the Nika fit day sports-fitness event as part of an inclusive workshop under the slogan "You can. You are not alone, come to us". Together with the Sports union for people with disabilities Šabac, our representatives had the opportunity to present the first and only ramp in Belgrade in the BC3 category in another city besides Belgrade. The guests present had the opportunity to use the ramp for the first time and to play a match and at the same time see what relief the ramp provides during the bocce game. The boccia ramp attracted a lot of attention and many people tried to use it with enthusiasm. Our representatives successfully transferred everything learned as part of the project that took place in Thessaloniki this year.
