Shakshuka is very simple combination of Tomato, onions, garlic, spices and eggs. All that glitter which comes from minced meat, sausage meat, Parsley and cheese are optional.

I made පොල් cake, this is so unlike me because i generally dont make sweets. Its not because i dont like them, but to refrain from me having them.
I dont know to open the coconut (I know its weired and shame), so im unable to use scraped coconut at home. පොල් cake is the first thing that came to my mind as soon as i got some scraped coconut from a friend at office (They are so nice and kind to me, right )
Dates are surprisingly expensive, so didnt use them 😪

Made "Chocolate Chip Cookies" because I wanted to try them before trying out my favorite "Butter Cookies"
Trust me I didnt have a single cookie, bcoz i hate Chocolate Chip Cookies.
The whole process does not take even 30 mints if you have an Electric Mixture.

Trying out the creamy Chicken Pot Pie for the first time
Working with the pie crust has been so difficult, at one point of time I almost gave up.
Anyways, the final product came so well that this will be one of my "always go to" foods
It looks like a bread 🤣🤣🤣 bcoz of the shape of my Baking Tray
