Our organization operates out of Prince George BC and primarily services the Bulkley-Nechako and Cariboo regions in BC.

Required Skills & Experience
- Journeyperson Millwright ticket licensed or third/fourth year apprentices
- Good understanding of hydraulic systems, laser cutting systems, pumps, air compressors, mobile equipment, overhead cranes, piping, welding practices, and all other plant related equipment.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience focusing on mechanical equipment maintenance
- Be able to handle items weighing 50 pounds. This includes lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning items.
- Demonstrate appropriate reading, clerical, and basic math skills, including the ability to understand written instructions, and perform routine calculations.
- Ability to work effectively and cohesively in a team environment.
- Must have a positive attitude, be willing to accept feedback
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- The ability to maneuver in and around heavy equipment
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
- The ability to work independently (self-manage)
- Welding and minor fabrication experience
- Your own tools (basic pneumatic tools air gun air impact or electric and hand tools - Decent toolbox)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Adherence to all company safety policies
- Troubleshoot and repair all plant equipment
- Complete all assigned work in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Verify work completion with Supervisor/Head Millwright
- Complete all assigned training on time
- Installing and assembling equipment and supporting systems
- Performing maintenance, repairs and testing on our customers’ various types of equipment
- Completing some minor fabrication work
