FYI, our FITNESS SESSION tomorrow night Friday 12 Nov, will take place at the Southern Football rugby club from 6-7:30pm.
It is a ‘Family Fun Night’ so please feel free to invite all your Whanau/aiga/kopu tangata to come along.
We will start with 20mins of Dance fit and finish with a few games of volleyball and touch rugby.
Please don't forget to bring your drink bottles. A water dispenser is also available for refills. Light refreshment provided. See you there!😊

My apologies for the late message. Just want to say well-done to you all who participate our 12 Days Weight Loss Challenge.
It was hard to get back to it, but knowing everyone doing great and amazing so far. Tomorrow is our last day, so our our weigh in will start from tomorrow evening 7.30-8.30. Sorry team that's the only time I can do the final weigh in just after work and I'll be home if you want to get your final weigh in tomorrow otherwise will do the very last weigh in after our morning workout session on Saturday from 8am-9am.
Workout will meet up at the top of John Wilson Drive at 7.50am then we kick off our workout there for 40mins follow by the weigh in and then Prizegiving. So please let me know by messenger if your want to get your final weigh in tomorrow evening or Saturday morning.
