We prepare and bottle our Kombucha with great care and precision. However, if you experience any problem with our product, regarding its flavour, fizz, bottle, or packaging, we will replace the bottle no questions asked.
We shall appreciate a short note describing the exact problem, when we collect the problem product. This shall help us crease out any minor glitch in our process and serve you better.
