Do you push more than you pull ?

Training your back muscles regularly is very important and often over looked by many because you can’t see them in the mirror.

Adding back/ pulling exercises to your fitness routine will not only improve your overall strength but can reduce back pain and support great form and posture.

By strengthening your back muscles, you’re building up the main support structure for your entire body. A healthy and strong back will stabilize and brace your spine, making attaining those health and fitness goals easier. 💪

So January is almost over and you’re ready to give up on your New Years resolution diet 😅

Here’s why and what you can do to make your diet more enjoyable and in turn more adhere-able.

First off the change from your existing eating habits are to extreme. You can’t go from eating chocolate every day and a take away every weekend to no chocolate or takeaways at all and realistically you don’t have to.

Really the best diet for you assuming the goals is fat loss is to find your maintenance calories subtract 300-500 calories per day and eat the foods you enjoy but only eat the amounts that fit your calorie target.

It makes sense how ever to choose more nutrient dense foods for the most part as your tend to get a greater volume of food as opposed to less nutritious calorie dense foods but by all means fit your bar of chocolate into your calorie budget for the day or skip lunch to allow extra calories to have a take away believe me it will make your so called “diet” much easier and dare I say it enjoyable
