What started your healing journey?

I've been on my mine for 6 years which started on my quest to 'fixing' my anxiety.

I found it hard to communicate without my inner-voice telling me that nobody wants to listen, that I wasn't worthy or that I'd 'f*ck up' (whilst talking).

I'm an empath, so I absorb other people's energy and I later established that a lot of what I was feeling wasn't mine.

'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle who explains that we are NOT our thoughts really helped me. This gave me comfort because I thought something was completely wrong with me beyond repair.

Healings important so we can feel our feelings on a deeper level. To find true meaning and to be able to truly connect with others.

I have spent some time pondering & establishing our identity as a brand, and have decided to use this platform to help calm & heal the overactive & anxious minds of our followers and customers ✨

I (Ton) have suffered severely with Social Anxiety for 10 years+ and I'm only now at a stage, being 30, where I can safely say I see a light at the end of the tunnel... I'm stepping into my power. I had taken a step back in growing Reikrystals (mainly cos I'm a man running a ladies brand and thought that ladies may not warm to it) but I will be taking a step forwards and incorporating my knowledge and talents in writing, poetry, healing and content creation into our brand. Call it Reikrystals 2.0... TRANQUILLITAS.

We will be introducing a range for children and Men soon👨‍👧

Using Tranquillitas as our inspiration, we aim to help those with an overactive mind using our platform and products.
