As an older Triathlete, I know that I have to adapt to keep competitive. Training and recovery are key components that I’m always researching.

During a recent two week training block in Florida, I used Strate Fuel as my primary fuel for my swim, bike and run workouts. Here is what I experienced:

1. I was able to consistently work out for 14 days without a day off of performance and recovered well. I used Strate Fuel as a pre workout and workout drink. Followed up with a protein recovery drink and hydrated well. Florida was hot and I felt that I also adapted well to the heat. See my Strava posts from 3/26.

2. My sweat rate is high and I like that I can add salt to the mix. Key factor to make it custom to my electrolyte needs.

3. No stomach issues while using it. HBCD works for me.

I just took home my new bike from last week. I'm doing a few final adjustments on the saddle but whoa, this custom color pops in the sun!
