Isn’t this the worst?

One of the worst things about getting acrylic / fake nails is when the break, I say when and not if because everyone I know has broke a nail at least once in their lifetime. I remember when it happened to me and split on my actual nail bed! I wanted to cry it hurt so bad. And once that happens you have to let it heal by not wearing any acrylic on the nail leaving that nail ugly, injured and out of commission for weeks.

That’s one memory I love being able to leave in the past! since I’ve started wearing press ons the only issue I’ve had is one randomly popping off here and there, but once that happens, I just glue it back on (that’s why you keep some glue on you 24/7) honestly I don’t have much issue with nails popping off since I switch them out regularly but if it does that’s a simple fix. It’s also nice to be able to change your nails often and not have to worry about damaging your real nails. Once I stopped wearing acrylics and finally let my real nails breath; they were so brittle and short. I love how they are finally growing and regaining their strength since I cut back on all those damaging chemicals 🫶🏽

Birthday set 🥳

One or my many “go to” everyday wear sets.
I’ve probably wore them over 5 different times (put on / take off process) total. I need to reshape them and probably add another top coat, but for what I’ve put them through they don’t look bad and are still standing strong 💪🏽 🖤
