This is a podcast that hopes to spread awareness about mental health through in depth conversations with guests about recovering from traumas, coping with stress, and how to respond when confronted by difficult situations.
🚨NEW🚨LAST🚨POD🚨
The latest episode featuring guests and Jack Naus] marks the 50th and final episode of the Mental Health Check-In Podcast.
All is explained further during the actual episode, link in bio, but ultimately, it’s time to end one chapter to make room for a new one. And that’s not a bad thing - it’s a good thing.
For two years, you’ve joined me on this journey. A journey I used to help others and figure things out for myself. I’m happy to say I accomplished both, opening the door to conversations that most people shy away from and not being afraid to dive right into it. Now, it’s time to move on to the next journey, wherever that may be. Its apropos that & Jack Naus] are my final guests, ending things on my terms on a happy note, surrounded by friends.
I thank everyone who has supported the podcast either directly or indirectly and I hope you continue flourishing in all of your respective life journeys in this podcast. I hope this show helped you as much as it helped me.
Thank you. Goodbye.
Happy Labor Day Weekend and Happy Episode Day!!!

After a brief hiatus, the Mental Health Check-In Podcast is back!
This is a bit of a different episode, as well as a heavier episode. The theme of the day is grief as I take a moment to check-in with myself and what life has been for me for the past 6 months. What I’ve been through, the lows, the highs (mostly lows) and what I’ve learned from it all. This was a tough one to pull together so please, I’d appreciate if you gave it a listen on any/all streaming platforms.
Also announcing that moving forward, new episodes are dropping every two weeks on Sundays! Stay tuned!
