Use a sturdy armchair, do 15 push ups, 15 tricep dips; Use 5lb weights 15 military press, 25 bicep curls, arm circles 10 seconds each size and direction. 50 squats

Use a sturdy armchair, do 15 push ups, 15 tricep dips; Use 5lb weights 15 military press, 25 bicep curls, 25 arm circles, both directions. 45 squats

Use a sturdy armchair, do 10 push ups, 10 tricep dips; Use 5lb weights 10 military press, 20 bicep curls. 40 squats

Grab 2 cans of weighing more than hold 1 lb. while doing 30 each: military press, bicep curls, tricep extensions. 50 squats

Day 4 = 2 ROUNDS!!
25 wall push ups
Grab 2 cans of veggies hold while doing 25 each: military press, bicep curls, tricep extensions. 45 squats
Optional: 30 second plank
Day 3 = 2 ROUNDS!!
20 wall push ups
Grab 2 cans of veggies hold while doing 20 each: military press, bicep curls, tricep extensions. 40 squats
Optional: 20 second plank
