75,000 rubber duckies will splash into the Chicago River off the Columbus Bridge today and "race" to the finish line to benefit Special Olympics Illinois. After the the race, all duckies are gathered and removed from the river.

Whether you have a duck in the race or not, this unique event is a great opportunity to see what has become a beloved downtown Chicago spectacle (for free)!

Events begin at 10am today, with the ducky splashdown at 1pm!

It's National Wildlife Week, great time to be continuing our feature of our Denver team!
