Grit & Grind Training

Had the opportunity on Monday to make it out to the Randy Smith Rec center to provide a practice for these guys! By the end of practice I seen major improvement within each player. Everyone made sure to give 110%!!

Good Morning Everyone,

My name is T.J. Stuckey and I am the owner / founder of Grit & Grind Training. I have been training youth children ranging from intermediate- high school ages. Currently, as the weather is getting increasingly frigid I am looking for an indoor gym to hold my trainings in. Regarding location, I am located in Martinsburg, but I can travel to an outdoor court near you or we could meet at a halfway point (Spring Mills, Inwood, Falling Waters, Martinsburg, Hedgesville). I come with a great amount of experience within the sport of basketball ranging from knowledge regarding plays, drills, motivation, communication, form etc. Although, I am training these individuals, I am also using my time wisely to help improve my game within the sport! I have found a deep passion in training/coaching/mentoring individuals within the sport and feel like this is part of my calling. I’m beyond happy and appreciative to be able to have the opportunity to do so and I can guarantee I will not let you down! Basketball is a part of my life and has been forever throughout the easiest to the toughest times and I plan on spreading the joy of the game to all!
