La cantautora mexicana Vivir Quintana lanzó un nuevo sencillo en el marco del 8 de marzo (8M), Día Internacional de la Mujer. Se trata del sencillo “Te mereces un Amor”, un canto al amor libre de violencia, a la dignidad y al amor propio.
The mexican singer Vivir Quintana launched a new song to mark 8 march (2023) - a song «you deserve love» a song about love free from violence, with dignity that includes self-love.

Allo allo! For anyone around during autumn break in Stavanger - there will be an international festival at and i will be playing around 13:00 Saturday 14 October which is my daughters birthday so i’ll play the autumn leaves which was one of her faves to fall asleep to when she was little 🥰🍁maybe i make you all fall asleep! But Skadberg bluegrass will also be there and many others so it will be cosy and fun do come 🥰😂❤️

Ohh Kernow! Last day for a while, surf was cracking! Tide coming in…double waves and slight wind drop was peachy. Grateful. We’ve played safe in our homey cove, keeping within the red n yellow flags - watching the tide times. I’ve always been humbled at the power and hugeness of the ocean, and respect for all who fare out there for a living. Keep safe out there! 🏴☠️🌊
