I am at G cafe on Orange st having a great croissant 🤤I noticed everyone looking at me. Then I looked at my feet and hips. oops I was happy dancing out loud 😎. It was a very good croissant ❤️
I almost wanted to put the heat on this morning 🥶. Then a cup of tea , my thermals warm straight out of the dryer, and that feeling soom past. Nov 1st still no heat what a great fall. ❤️❤️❤️

Virtual seated yoga and yoga Nidra are next Wednesday night 😁. I would love if you come join me. Get a better night sleep and feel more relaxed & rejuvenated. After a short gentle seated practice, I will guild you to that place between awake and asleep. Classes are accessible for yogis with physical limitations. If you are unable to sit on the floor there will be cues for a chair or wheel chair. I am legally blind I will adjust my cues for anyone with visual impairment. It was a stressful year for many, time to take care of ourselves. Let’s refill our own cups together. We can not pour for others if our own cup is empty. Easy peasy and never cheesy craft ideas from happy feet yoga 😁. Last week and today. I am using a push pin or the likes to make a hole at the top and bottom of each egg. Make sure to wash well first. Both for hygiene reasons and once the egg is hollow it is very delicate until the paint is put into the egg. Use a hot glue gun or quick drying ( clear if possible) glue to seal one side. Then after egg dries completely out paint into egg. I am using dye and ink transporters here(see photo). You can also use an cooking syringe as long as the end is small enough. After you put the paint into the egg use the glue gun to seal the second end. On Easter we are taking the canvases we got Teaghan outside to let her throw the eggs at it to paint. As an extra bonus save a couple to play the egg toss game outside 🤗 It will be very messy but I use water based paints to clean up is easy ❤️❤️❤️🌈🌈🌈❤️❤️❤️

Self care tip for winter dry feet. A good foot wash and sesame oil rub keeps these happy feet smooth and silky in the winter. There are a couple other benefits too 😃One it slows us down mentally for a for a little while increasing focus and clarity. Second you get to give yourself a foot massage. Definitely gives me happy feet. Just slightly warm a 1/8 to a 1/4 cup of sesame oil. Have a bowl of warm water. If your feet are a little dirty try using a little Himalayan sea salt. A towel or two and something comfortable to sit on. Wash you foot then massage the oil into it well. Take your time and enjoy the foot massage. Don’t forget the all around the toes. Let that foot alone while you do the other. If you are a meditator use this time for a 10 to 20 minute meditation. If not maybe read or listen to music. When you are ready to move you can pat your feet dry to removes any oil that is left. Try this I think you will like it ❤️❤️❤️🌈🌈🌈❤️❤️❤️

Teaghan made cinnamon tree decorations today. Pre heat over to 200 F . One and a half cups cinnamon and just over a cup one apple sauce. Mix until it becomes similar lto cookie dough. Roll out in between parchment paper or plastic wrap to about 3/8 inch thick. Press shapes with cookies cutters. I
We used a bobble tea straw to make the holes for a ribbon. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 2 hours and thirty minutes. Let cool and tie a ribbon for nagging. It will be vary delicate for a few days.
