Hey, everybody! I know I have not been posting a lot lately (apart from the announcement of the X-Terra Elite), and some of you have sent messages of concern wondering where I am.

While I cannot say that everything is alright, what I can say is that I will be back. I am hoping to be able to put a YouTube video up tomorrow, but the next 24 hours will be very telling. This could uproot any plans I have, as I may need to hop on a plane shortly. I will share the details when the time comes.

In the meantime, please keep my family and I in your thoughts as we are in for rough days ahead. I hope that, in the midst of this, I can get out and dig to clear my head.

Thank you, and I look forward to coming back soon. ❤️

---EDITED, PLEASE READ!---

Hey, everybody! Just wanted to check in and give you guys a little update.

This week’s video is going to be postponed until FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH. Despite my careful planning and commitment to the channel, I simply don't have enough footage to continue with weekly videos at this time due to our exceedingly snowy winter in New England. The weather isn't going to give us any relief for at least a few weeks, and with several inches of snow on the ground, I am not able to metal detect efficiently.

So, for the foreseeable future, the videos will be BIWEEKLY on Friday evenings!

The moment I’m able to dig, I’ll be back out there collecting finds and piling up footage to share with you all! I look forward to resuming weekly videos - let’s hope it’s sooner than later!

Get out there.
Save what you can.
Do what you love.🤘🏻

In case anyone isn’t aware... I really, REALLY love colonial buckles... naturally, after I took the photo, I realized I was missing one shoe buckle tongue and a frame fragment, but this is the rest out of what I’ve found. Just some snowy day photography while I “patiently” wait for Spring... might be looking at 15" of snow today, blah! Let's see YOUR buckles!

Ahhh... what a day that was! Two years ago today, I found my oldest coin: a 1658 French Liard in considerably good shape!

Well, 2020 is officially a wrap. Due to circumstances out of my control, I haven't been able to get out and dig in over a week, so I guess this is it!

I was going to try and keep this to a collage of my top 10 finds, but since I couldn't decide on those, I went for the whole Year In Review instead. At least I can pin down my best find with ease, which was the George Washington inaugural button. 2020, it's been real, but I'm ready for next year!

When it’s freezing out so you decide to rephotograph old finds... 😬 This 1803 Draped Bust sat in the ground for 200 years and somehow, almost no pitting occurred, which is definitely an exception and not the norm. I found it at a cellar hole in New Hampshire a couple of years ago. Still one of my favorite coins - I may as well have time traveled and pick-pocketed it. Incredible window into the past.

Well, here it is: The last video of 2020. I'm taking a holiday break for Christmas and New Years Day, since they both fall on Fridays (upload day). It was another awesome year and I hope you all enjoy the video!

Holy crap! Just dug my first ever Barber Half Dollar (1909-S) 2” deep at a colonial site. Thank you, hunters of the early 20th century! 🤘🏻
