Confidence is a skill and a mindset that we are always working on.

The more we compare ourselves to others, the harder it is to develop our own confidence in ourselves.

The three biggest factors that have helped me develop my own confidence are:

1️⃣ Selecting a tribe of women to surround myself with who believe in me and call me higher.

2️⃣ Doing things that nudge me out of my comfort zone.

3️⃣ Setting and accomplishing small goals that lead to big wins.
