This Sycamore is 100% one of our favourite trees in the UK and you can see why it won Tree Of The Year in 2016! ❀️

If you ever find yourselves near Hexham, we'd totally recommend the Sycamore Gap Walk, starting at a Roman Fort, walking alongside Hadrian's Wall until you get to this awesome view!

Make sure you make it back in time to for a couple of post walk cold ones too! 🍻

Fun fact: it was featured in Robin Hood Prince Of Thieves, so you film fans might recognise it from there!

Knapweed is one of our favourite wildflower species and, as you can see, it's pretty popular with pollinators too!

This awesomely patterned guy (check out those wings!) is actually a large Pied Hoverfly, one of the UK's largest species, not a bee as it can commonly be mistaken for.

This photo was taken by , we'd really urge you check out his page, there are some crazy good photos from across numerous Scottish nature reserves and a pretty cool backstory to go with it.

If you want to try and tempt some pollinators to your garden this summer, you can find Knapweed wildflower seeds in both our Bee's Knees and Butterfly Effect - one of the few wildflowers we love to much we put in both!

Happy Friday!

This weekend we're celebrating the good news that the UK government has reversed the use of the bee-killing pesticide, neonicotinoid!

This is because after the very cold Winter we have had this year the number of sugar beet crop damaging aphids have been massively reduced.

Good news for the bees, UK wildlife and definitely something we'll be raising our glass to this evening! πŸ₯‚
