Fresh off the plane: organic produce.
The red skin avocado is from my mommy's tree in the back yard. The 3 green one's are from a neighbouring farm in Portland, so us the now bruised up plantain. Miss Minnie's hand made Coconut Drop, and an organically grown, dried herb given to me by my late Aunt's husband - it's good for stomach ache and also an ingredient in authentic Jamaican Jerk seasoning.

Red peppers stuffed with Thai Black rice, diced coriander mushrooms topped with crispy toasted Kale.
Old but still amusing to see again.
Dinner was marvellous! Need to improve on presentation skills 🤠😊
Courgette & red pepper bean stew.
All vegetarian/ vegan and simply delicious.
Serves 3-4
Whole grain brown rice is optional. The stew can be eaten on its, or topped with lactose-free grated mature cheddar (optional).
