The project was presented at .0 2021, October 14th to 16th by TETRAGON SA, partner of the project consortium. Beyond 4.0 2021 is the first international trade fair for and organized in Greece, at the TIF Helexpo premises in Thessaloniki. The audience had the opportunity to tour virtually in Santorini wearing the glasses. The comments for the experience were... beyond positive and we are very proud of the result!
It is worth mentioning that among those who experienced the virtual tour were officials of Ministries, Municipalities and business companies, University professors, representatives and members of research centers, teachers, students, professionals and journalists.

We are proud to announce the two-day event "Virtual Diver: a digital platform of virtual and augmented reality for land and underwater space of Santorini" which will take place in , October 22-23. The participants will have the opportunity to experience the in the island and discuss with partners' representatives about the innovative features of the platform.
The event is invitation-only and is organized by the Municipality of Thiras and the project partners.

We finally met again! Get a glimpse of the last week meeting of team. We all tested the platform in operation and we were more than excited! Can't wait to share it with you!

Our research group will participate in the upcoming conference “Mo.Na: Monuments in Nature: A Creative Co-existence”, organized by the European Centre for Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Monuments and is taking place on July 7th – 9th, 2021 in Athens (Amphitheatre of the Directorate for Documentation and Protection of Cultural Goods). Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the event will be hybrid, i.e. the speakers will participate in person, while the public is welcome to attend through an e-platform.

Συνεχίζουμε να στηρίζουμε τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη στο θαλάσσιο περιβάλλον και στους θαλάσσιους τομείς μέσω της Ευρωπαϊκής Στρατηγικής για τη Γαλάζια Ανάπτυξη. Η έρευνα και η καινοτομία αποτελούν θεμελιώδεις πυλώνες αυτής της πρωτοβουλίας.

📍Για τις νέες ευκαιρίες που υπάρχουν στο οικοσύστημα καινοτομίας μίλησα στη διαδικτυακή εκδήλωση που διοργάνωσε το Ερευνητικό Κέντρο «Αθηνά» - Research and Innovation Center "Athena", με θέμα: “Blue Research & Innovation Days“.

✅ Το συνέδριο διεξάγεται από 19-23 Απριλίου 2021 και για πρώτη φορά υλοποιείται με πρωτοβουλία 10 έργων (8 ευρωπαϊκών, 2 εθνικών). Η εκδήλωση έχει στόχο την προώθηση έργων που ενεργοποιούνται στον χώρο της Γαλάζιας Οικονομίας και πιθανών συνεργειών, ενώ στο πλαίσιό της θα πραγματοποιηθεί και ένα σχετικό .
